Neena Sangeet Sharma
A management graduate settled in Dehradun, for the last 20 plus years. She has been associated with the various Management Institutes in Dehradun as a visiting faculty and has held important positions in Rotary Club and been a guest speaker at various Service Club Meetings, CII, and Social Forums and also being President of Rotary Club in Dehradun. Her biggest asset is the HR consultancy ‘SYNERGY CONSULTANTS’, which she has been running since 1996. Along with this recruitments process, she has conducted training for companies like MODI GROUP, HUL, CANARA BANK, BPCL, HP, PARLE, JOHN DEERE, TUPPERWARE, AKZONOBEL and few well known Corporate Houses operating in North India. Her recent passion is to create awareness towards the Person with special needs which she has added as a corporate social responsibility in her growing organization.
Dr. Sangeeta Khullar
A well-known psychologist of the town affiliated to HNB Garhwal University in the capacity of a reader. She qualified the University Grants Commission (U.G.C.) National Education Test for Research and Teaching (NET) Aptitude in 1986 and was awarded Ph.D on “Fear of Success and the Approval Motive in Men and Women on the Threshold of their Careers.” One of her major achievement has been the presentation of Paper entitled “Fear of Success and the Approval Motive in Men and Women on the Threshold of their Careers” accepted for presentation at the 27th International Congress of Psychology, 23rd-28th July, 2000 at Stockholm, Sweden. As a trainer, she has held many training workshops for NCC, NSS, Institutes and Corporates.
Mr. Nitin Chandna
A seasoned training professional with over 33 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Coaching. He has conducted 12,000+ training sessions on leadership, communication, personality development, and business etiquette. He has served as Training Head for OK Lifecare and Tiens across India, Bangladesh, and China. He has been recognized globally, winning the Best Training Manager award twice among 200 countries. He has successfully designed and implemented training systems in multiple countries and organized large-scale events for up to 25,000 participants. His expertise includes leadership development, cultural transformation, and content creation. With a strong academic background in Marketing, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations, he brings a structured and impactful approach to training.
