A management graduate settled in Dehradun, for the last 23 years now .She has been associated with the various Management Institutes in Dehradun as a visiting faculty and has been a guest speakers at various Social Forums and has undertaken many activities which contribute towards social upliftment as being the President of Rotary Club Dehradun. Her biggest asset is the HR consultancy firm ‘SYNERGY CONSULTANTS’ which she has been running since 1996 . The wide experience with all levels and different organization network has given her an edge to understand ‘People’. This has induced her to initiate ‘Psychometric Assessment Tools’and include in the Recruitments of White Collar and Blue Collar Employees of Global Players.
Along with the Recruitments Processes , she is a Trainer relying on Behavioral Sciences to weave the thread of Change in the mindset of the target audience. She has conducted trainings for companies like MODI GROUP, HUL, CANARA BANK, BPCL, HP, PARLE and few well known Corporate Houses operating in Northern India. Her recent passion is to create awareness towards the Person with special needs which she has added as a corporate social responsibility in her growing organization.
Has done his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur. He is an entrepreneur who puts creativity to work. In the last 15 years apart from teaching Creativity and Innovation, also has a mission to popularize Solar Energy particularly in areas where electricity still is a far fetched dream. He is creative and quick witted. A well known psychologist of the town affiliated to HNB Garhwal University in the capacity of a reader. She qualified the University Grants Commission (U.G.C.) National Education Test for Research and Teaching (NET) Aptitude in 1986 and was awarded Ph.D on “Fear of Success and the Approval Motive in Men and Women on the Threshold of their Careers.” One of her major achievement has been the presentation of Paper entitled “Fear of Success and the Approval Motive in Men and Women on the Threshold of their Careers” accepted for presentation at the 27th International Congress of Psychology, 23rd-28th July, 2000 at Stockholm, Sweden. As a trainer, she has held many training workshop for NCC, NSS, Institutes and Corporates.
A part from teaching and its allied activities, she has involved in administrative work as the Head of Department of Department of Psychology, Post Graduate Government College and has actively involved in organising UGC sponsored conferences and workshops. She has attended seminars and workshops organised by other institutions including seminar on Positive Psychology and workshop on Developing Human Strengths organised by the Asian Association of Applied Psychology. She has held many training Program & lectures conducted various interactive talks for anxiety and stress management for college / hostel students. Conducted various workshops for personality development and communication skills development for undergraduate college students.

Dr. Anjali Bhatia
M.A. in Psychology from Punjab University, Chandigarh and has qualified the UGC-NET test for Lectureship (2005). Her area of specialization at the Ph.D. level is Environmental/Social Psychology. She has more than 6 years’ experience of teaching Psychology at the undergraduate level. Since 2008 she has been associated with ICFAI University, Dehradun as a Faculty member and is also engaged in training, mentoring and assessment for school and college students. Her teaching and research interests encompass preventive mental health education, narrative and performing arts in psychotherapy, transpersonal psychology and environmental psychology. Her papers have been accepted in national and international conferences. Apart from academic pursuits, she has undergone training in theatre and is a freelance writer.
Has 10 years of extensive experience in development as well as academic sector for conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring projects related to welfare of challenged/ marginalized community. Registered with Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi (Statutory body of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India) as Rehabilitation Psychologist. She has Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. She has good Experience in mobilizing resources from corporate companies, government institutions and educational institutions for the rehabilitation of special children and adults.
Dr.Bhaskar Rambhau Shejwal
Done Ph.D. in the field of Personality and Stress. Working in the areas of Personality, Motivation, Emotions, Stress, Crowding and some environmental issues, Human Resources Development and organisational Development in the Public and Private Sectors. Conducted programmes on the topics like Interpersonal Relations, Understanding of Self and Others, Stress Management, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Students and Employee counselling, Teamwork and Team dynamics, Emotional Intelligence etc. These were conducted in the various institutes from the Government, Industrial and Educational and Management area: Reserve Bank of India, MIDA, CIRT, HERML Ministry of Defence for their staff, KEM hospital and Lokmanya Hospital, Pune, Finolex, L & T, Indian Seamless pvt.ltd., Mahindra and Mahindra, CEC and ASC of the University of Pune andGoa University. Worked as a member of the UPSC’s, MPSC, as a interview panel.
